Problem

A step exposes the helper method it runs only as step.title. step.name is undefined, yet it is what 3.x code read and what docs/heal.md still shows (I[step.name](...step.args)). Code that reads it fails silently: a filter such as names.has(step.name) never matches, and a rebuilt command comes out as I.undefined(...).

Change

Step gets a name accessor that reads and writes title. It lives on the prototype, so step serialization is unchanged.

Tests

test/unit/steps_test.js checks that name returns the title and that assigning it updates the title. npx mocha test/unit/steps_test.js passes (32).

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Steps exposed the helper method only as step.title, while docs (heal
recipes) and plugins written for 3.x read step.name and got undefined.
